Pause4Relax is a handy and reliable application designed to help you schedule work pauses, in order to avoid eye-sight problems.
Every 30 minutes, the application will notify you that it's time for relaxation and dims the screen brightness. You can skip one notification or turn off the notifications when watching movies.
